Transforming an Iconic Venue Through Digital Intelligence

MEO Arena – Information Digital Twin

One of Portugal’s most iconic entertainment venues is entering a new era of digital building management. Through the development of an Information Digital Twin, Quadrante is transforming MEO Arena’s physical infrastructure into a comprehensive digital representation, creating the foundation for more informed, integrated and efficient facility management.

The project combines advanced reality capture technologies with Building Information Modelling (BIM), bringing architectural and technical information together in a single, navigable digital environment.

A comprehensive reality capture and BIM modelling process forms the foundation of MEO Arena’s Information Digital Twin. Quadrante has consolidated the venue’s architectural and technical elements into a structured, navigable digital model, designed to provide an integrated understanding of the building and its infrastructure.

The model supports continuous information updates and is prepared for future integration with real-time operational data, establishing the basis for a more dynamic digital twin capable of supporting building monitoring, maintenance and facility management.
