RiverView – Multifamily Housing Buildings

RiverView is the new property complex in Seixal. The engineering and architecture project included the construction of 175 flats spread over 6 plots, with a total of 21150 m2 for multi-family housing.

With a privileged view over Seixal Bay, it includes 6 residential floors and a semi-underground floor for parking, technical areas and storage, as well as roof terraces for private use. All the flats have balconies, designed to maximise sun exposure, and are equipped with resource management technology (home automation).

Impact

The project was developed by Quadrante according to the Total Design methodology, covering all areas of Engineering and Architecture, and was modelled entirely in BIM, including Architecture, Exterior Fittings and Engineering, comprising Structures, Electrical Installations, Telecommunications, Water and Sewerage, Air Conditioning and Ventilation, Security, Lifts, Acoustics, Gas and Thermal.
