Office Buildings at Expo Oriente

The EXEO Office Campus, comprising 3 office buildings – AURA, LUMNIA and ECHO – located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, is the largest and most modern office designed in Portugal.

With approximately 70,000 m² of above-ground construction area, it includes workspaces and public areas for gardens, commerce, services, and leisure.

The buildings were designed to guarantee highly sustainable solutions. They are distinguished by their large spaces and frontages that provide high luminosity and unobstructed views, without compromising thermal and acoustic comfort. The buildings have obtained LEED Gold certification.

Quadrante was involved in developing the HVAC projects, electrical installations, telecommunications, security, mechanical transport of people, interior hydraulic networks, acoustics, gas and thermal (including the Energy Certificate) as well as providing technical assistance during the work.
