In alignment with its mission, values, and guiding principles, and in compliance with its Code of Ethics and Conduct and Whistleblowing Policy, Quadrante conducts its activities based on high standards of ethics, integrity, and legal compliance, promoting the prevention and prohibition of unlawful practices, namely bribery, corruption, or other violations of business ethics principles.
In this context, Quadrante has implemented an internal whistleblowing channel that enables the reporting of facts that may constitute legal or regulatory violations, including, but not limited to, situations involving corruption, non-compliance with legal or regulatory provisions, harassment, or discrimination, ensuring that such reports are handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Without prejudice to the above, reports may also be submitted in writing or verbally, including through telephone contact or by requesting an in-person meeting, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
This channel is available to employees, service providers, partners, or any other stakeholders who, within the scope of their professional activities, become aware of a potential irregularity.
Quadrante ensures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and allows for anonymous reporting, if desired, as well as protection against any form of retaliation for reports made in good faith.
