      • Perform structural calculations, including static, dynamic, and seismic analyses, using specialized software (SAP2000, Robot)
      • Define solutions for foundations and support structures, including geotechnical analyses and soil-structure interaction

      Roles and responsabilities

      • Support the definition of project goals and technical requirements based on client needs
      • Assist in process simulations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS and AVEVA Process Simulation, to define key parameters and conditions (flowrates, temperatures, pressure, fluid behavior, etc.)
      • Contribute to the development of Heat and Material balances, as well as PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
      • Taking part in the sizing and specification of industrial equipment, including tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, and separators
      • Participate in the preparation of technical specifications and Datasheets, as well as control and safety philosophies
      • Collaborate in process safety studies, such as HAZOP and LOPA
      • Ensure tasks are completed according to the Project schedule
      • Promote continuous improvement by contributing to the development of tools, methodologies, and best practices

      Recruitment Process

      Job Posting and Application: we begin by clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of the open position. Job postings are the made available on our careers page, as well as on various job boards and social media platforms. Interested candidates can easily apply online by submitting their resume and cover letter. We also have a referral programme so if you know someone working in Quadrante, talk to him/her and explore this possibility.

      Initial Screening: our Recruitment Team reviews all applications to identify candidates who best meet the job requirements. Sometimes they directly approach specific candidates in recruitment platforms to explore further interest in a particular opportunity. This initial screening focuses on qualifications, experience, and potential cultural added value. Our main objective is to try to understand who you really are. Selected candidates are invited to participate in a brief phone or video interview.

      Interviews: qualified candidates will go through a series of interviews, which may include:
      – Phone/Video interview: to discuss the candidates’ background, skills, and interest in the position.
      – In-person interview: involving key team members and hiring managers to assess the candidate’s technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and alignment with our company culture.

      Assessments: depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete specific assessments or tests. These could include technical skills tests, personality assessments, or work sample projects to demonstrate their expertise and approach to real-world tasks.

      Reference Checks: for finalists, and depending on the role, we conduct thorough reference checks to validate their qualifications, work history, and professional conduct. This step ensures that we have a comprehensive understanding of the candidate’s background and performance from previous roles.

      Decision and Offer: after all interviews and assessments are complete, the Hiring Team carefully deliberates to select those who can bring the most value to the role and enhance our company culture. The chosen candidate is then extended a formal offer, detailing the terms of employment, benefits, and any other relevant information.

      Onboarding: once the offer is accepted, we initiate the onboarding process. New Hires are welcomed with an orientation programme designed to familiarise them with our company’s policies, culture, and their specific team. We provide the necessary tools, resources, and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful start.
