With 27 years of experience across 20 countries and four continents, and a team of over 1,300 professionals, we deliver innovative solutions for global natural resource management, driving the energy transition, sustainable mobility, and resilient city development.

1998

Quadrante Founding

Founded by Engineers João Silveira Costa, Nuno Pais Costa and Nuno Batista Martins, who were later joined by Engineer Tiago Pais Costa.
2006

First international Project

In Coruña, Spain, the Dolce Vita shopping centre was created.
2008

Internationalisation

Opening of the first international office in Madrid.

Procesl Acquisition

Leading company in Portugal founded in 1986 with experience in the areas of planning and management of water resources, environmental studies, urban infrastructures, hydroelectric plants, agricultural hydraulics, pollution control and environmental protection.
2016

Viaponte Acquisition

Engineering study and project company, founded in 1997, dedicated to developing projects and managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects in the area of communication routes.
2018

Quadrante’s 20th anniversary

3drivers, a leading company in Portugal founded in 2003, with extensive experience in services such as sustainable construction, decarbonisation and circular economy. Henko Partners, a new shareholder based in Madrid, aims to boost Quadrante's international growth in developed markets, reinforcing its position as a national leader and reference in Europe.e.
Meta Engineering Acquisition

Strategic integration of Meta Engineering, one of the leading Spanish consulting groups. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the sector, uniting and expanding the capabilities of both companies to form one of the largest engineering groups in the Iberian Peninsula. The partnership also includes the renewable energy company Izharia (integrated into Meta Engineering since 2022).
